Kotak Life Insurance

  • Created monthly and yearly employee engagement initiatives for the brand 

  • Engineered their employer branding initiative via company values communications campaign on Linkedin as well as to internal stakeholders 

  • Managed their planning for internal on-boarding while providing solutions and recommendations to reduce the attrition rate

  • Part of the team that facilitated engagement workshops and activities for the brand

  • Communicated with the HR team to manage their day to day internal communication requirements along with social media planning by following a Linkedin first approach

2. 

Tata Housing 

  • Managed the internal communications and employee engagement initiatives for the company around Business Excellence, values communication and Customer Centricity 

  • Supervised business specific communication pieces to on-site employees and helped simplify concepts such as Kaizen and Six Sigma Methodology at work, amongst others

  • Part of the planning team which launched a mascot by coining the name and design packaging. Moreover, the mascot became a key element of all communication across the organization

  • Recommended several contest ideas from an employee engagement perspective involving roll out to several internal stakeholders
